To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This is not the Scotts I’m used to like the mayfair branch. The standards here are very low, id compare it to a hotel lobby resturant, you’re better of going to 144 on the hill or the ivy. Our waiter was rude, didn’t check in on us, was slow to bring everything, didn’t refill our water, didn’t bring us cups for our drinks, took 30 mins to bring our mains and didn’t even check to see if we we’re done with starters. We had to request twice to get basic things. Everything was just awful. We complained and his response was “well the food is good is it not” firstly this is fine dining! The food is supposed to be excellent and quite frankly the food wasn’t even great. I didn’t finish my meal and I requested service charge be removed. Will not be returning! Mayfair Scotts is far superior. For the low standards, the price is outrageous.

Food absolutely amazing we are regulars at Scott’s in Mayfair and the food in Richmond is just as good, unfortunately the service was terrible, no bread served to our table Red Wine put on ice! Waiting staff not attentive at all, extremely disappointing for me my wife and our guests… service charge was definitely not earned Message to Scott’s Richmond management sort out your waiting staff!

Came here with friends to celebrate my birthday. The service is excellent and the food is beautifully cooked. Dont skip desserts otherwise you eill regret it. Sunday night and it was full, just goes to show, they are doing something right.
