I took my vacuum cleaner in for a new belt to be fitted. There was nothing else wrong but I was charged a £10 inspection fee, even though I informed them that I just needed a new belt fitted. I fully understand the charge if they have to investigate a problem but that wasn't required in this instance. I don't object to paying for the belt and labour for fitting but feel it is a BIG CON to charge an inspection fee when it did not need an inspection

A friend recommended Scott & Sons for their cleaning products and when I spoke to them on the phone they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Having now bought and used their products I can highly recommend them. Better than the supermarket stuff. Real deep clean, you actually feel the house has been professionally cleaned. Their anti bac spray goes on everything that comes into the house. We also hired their carpet cleaner last year which was brilliant. Easy to use and did a great job. And everyone in the shop is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My definite ‘go to’ for anything cleaning related
