I received an excellent skin condition treatment from Jacqueline. This was my first time taking this route, so I was initially quite nervous. Throughout our in depth consultation Jacqueline made me feel very much at ease and re-assured me every step of the way. I am very happy with the treatment I received and after a few sessions am already noticing the difference! EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS AND FALSE INFORMATION After looking around for which skin specialist I should go see. I decided to go to Skin Dedication after seeing the good reviews online. Much as Jacqueline is a nice person. She needs to make her clients well aware beforehand how expensive her products are that she is selling to them or advertise them on her website so that they are aware of this before booking for a consultation. At the appointment she advised I needed to go on an exfoliating cleanser if that’s all I can afford. But was advised I cannot use any moisturiser after. So I decided to buy this even though she did tell me my face may feel dry and stiff after but it will take a few weeks for it to adjust. So when I used it my skin was EXTREMELY DRY to the point my face was flaking and I developed patches all over my face. Jacqueline should of been truthful and should’ve advised that it could get extremely dry for some people to this extent. I don’t understand how she thinks someone who is already insecure about there acne to be ok to go to work and socialise with a dry flaking face. When I told her about this she then said I can get my money back ONLY if I returned it that same day. But she also said as I couldn’t afford the whole skin regime there’s no point me doing this journey and especially if I can’t stick to it. I’m sorry but who pays £90 JUST for a moisturiser. However she NEVER advised me this at the consultation. No support whatsoever even tho I expressed to her I was upset. I had to chase her up to get my refund back. It was a waste of a day for me and ruined my skin. Ever since my skin has been super dry since I was told I shouldn’t be using a moisturiser. When realistically there’s oil free moisturisers out there I can be using but she apparently couldn’t recommend drugstore products as all she does is sell her EXPENSIVE products.

Finding Jacqueline has been like finding the gold at the end of the rainbow; for my skin. I previously struggled with my skin since I was a young teen, pushed onto lots of damaging pills from dermatologists and given bad advice from beauty counters in department stores. Jacqueline has helped educate me and pushed me in the right direction for my skin; and its never looked better than it does now! She is very knowledgeable and always happy to explain how things work, reassuring, patient, and very clinical in her practices. I've missed her skills over this pandemic and only recently got the courage to go back and was very at ease with all her safety procedures.
