feeling as though i always look best when my balayage has grown out, i decided to go for an Ombre hair colour on Friday, and had the worst hair experience of my life. I specifically told my stylist that i did NOT want balayage or to have any blond on the upper 1/3 of my head, and even questioned her methods when she started bleaching close to the roots. I don't believe she understood what i wanted, as she had to get others to translate my english a few times. This wouldn't be an issue if she had them translate everything, as i think there were definitely things i asked for that she didn't understand, and yet she went on bleaching anyway!! i have faith that after toning, the colour will be what we originally discussed. Almost 3 hours later, i have blonde (not even blonde, but orange and VERY damaged) on most of my hair, apart from my roots. she asks if im happy and i tell her this is very much NOT what i asked for. Another stylist has to step in to help save me and give me the colour i wanted. I go in for another toning to darken up the top and in the process, the bottom as well. After another hour or so, i finally leave -- looking almost identical to how i entered!!! £130 later, and neither me, nor my friends or my partner can even tell that i had my hair done. I look exactly the same, except now my hair is damaged and my wallet is lighter! What a waste!!! Im not sure the stylist name i had, or else i'd warn to book with someone else, as all of the rest of the clients that were in there seemed to leave happy. Meanwhile i cried that night over spending £130 on absolutely nothing. *EDIT* - They did give a 'discount' in that they did not charge me for the optional Olaplex service that was offered and i accepted before i even knew my hair was damaged - i cant imagine how damaged it would be without it! this of course should have been on the house! I also received a complimentary hair mask to take home, which i do appreciate but does not fix the colour of my hair. They say they want to "rectify shortcomings" but have not offered to just fix my hair. Service: Ombre hair color

Avoid this salon at all costs! I had a disastrous lash lift. I have been having my eyelashes permed for over 20 years and I've never had an issue. Sebastian's salon burnt my eyelashes which meant they curled into themselves and then fell off. They also have no idea how to colour hair. They ended up making my blonde hair stripey and very dry. I rarely leave reviews -but they are that bad you need to be warned. Services: Lash lift, Hair highlighting
