    After an incident with my little brother during holiday club summer 2020 which was held at Avenue road, I believe both the manager and a member of staff that works there which I will not name lack the empathy required to work with children. My brothers have not been back since that day and I have no intention of sending them or any other child from my family. After almost a year and half I still feel so let down and disappointed by the people I trusted to take care of my brothers. My little brother has been left emotionally scared by the treatment of the staff members and they should be ashamed of themselves. They have been reported to ofsted and the NSPCC.

    I just wanted to leave a review for any other parent looking for a nursery, I sent my son to this nursery because his cousins which the oldest is now 11 both went here, And I am so glad I did! The manager Jayne is still the manager so that in itself speaks volumes and she and the lovely lovely staff at the nursery are amazing and so accommodating and especially during these hard times (covid) they have all been absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone! Thank you so much to all the lovely staff at seesaws x
