I needed some roller blinds for an Edwardian property. We had double height bay windows, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom to do as well. From the very first contact with John and the team at Select Blinds we've had a great experience. He was able to provide professional advice on style, colours and fabrics. He came to the property to measure up, we chose blinds from a huge selection of samples and installation followed less than two weeks later- it could have been sooner but we chose a specific date. I also was able to go to the showroom to discuss technical requirements of the blinds and to make sure I knew exactly where they'd be fitted. Fitting day dawned and the fitter called to let us know he was on the way and he arrived on time, was clean and tidy and did a great job of fitting all the blinds in super quick time. They look superb. I'd have no hesitation recommending this team. Thanks to everyone involved- you did a great job 👍🏻

Professional from start to finish. The gentleman came to our home with so many samples, it gave us a better idea of colour in our own lighting. He was so patient and polite and allowed me to find the perfect shade for our home. The fitter was in and out within about 5mins and the blind was hung with care and ease. We would highly recommend Select Blinds to all friends and family.

Phoned for an estimate appointment and they came out that week. We then picked the blinds we wanted and they were fitted the following week, the fitter was only there for half an hour for 6 blinds! We had an issue with the way the blinds opened and having tilt and turn windows and they replaced the bar the next week no problem. Price was very reasonable and the quality and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I've had a pretty terrible experience with Select Blinds. Ordered 14 blinds and paid everything upfront. I had to continually call and ask when they would be ready after been given a turn around of 2 weeks. Made to feel like a nuisance by office staff. Fitter was scheduled to come between 1-5. I received no call to let me know he was running late and when I called the office for an update I spoke to an extremely rude member of staff who was really unhelpful and given no time scale. Fitter didn't show up after I waited up from a Nightshift for him coming. I have complained directly and been told that the girl who was rude in the office "that's just her manner, she's like that with everyone". Obviously she shouldn't be speaking to customers if that's the case! The fitter handed in his notice soon after and they admitted they had problems with him. I then went on to have an issue with the blinds and had another fitter come out who was lovely and apologetic for the service I had received. Please save yourself the trouble and do not go with select Blinds, there are other reliable, reasonably priced companies who would provide a far better service and I wish I'd went with them :-( ** Regarding the comment by Select Blinds that they have tried to contact me is a complete and utter lie, I have received no phone calls or emails from them. An absolute disgrace to say otherwise!!**
