AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BELOW ONE STAR RATING Purchased a new Zagg screen protector from here and it failed twice, tried to call the shop many times on different days of the week and despite waiting over 15 minutes no one seems to want to answer the phone. Zagg haven’t been much help either their UK number doesn’t exist when you try to call it. The lifetime warranty is almost impossible to fill out for the UK just isn’t worth the hassle or the paper it’s written on, my advice to anyone thinking about buying from here is try somewhere else who does care about their customers. UPDATE, When I received a response from the shop to the above review they suggested I return to the shop with the faulty item which, is unacceptable given it’s more than a 200 miles round trip, is hardly a feasible or sensible solution.

Bluetooth and Wi-Fi weren’t working on my iPhone 13, thankfully I had a few days of my warranty left. The man who served me was wonderful, very helpful. Said it would be fixed by next week, got a call the following week, all sorted. Lovely team, would recommend.

Booked an appointment to have a couple of recall repairs carried out on my MacBook Pro from the supposed “Local Apple Experts”. This couldn’t be further form the truth. The person I spoke to claimed my Mac had a swollen battery (spoiler alert it doesn’t) and therefore wouldn’t be covered by the Apple recall programs, I would have to pay £49 just for someone to have a look…. The funny thing is the fault I had was with the screen and a few sticking keys which are no where near the battery soooooo even if it was swollen (is isn’t) this wouldn’t have effected the related parts. This place is a joke and you would get better service from iRepair next door (don’t go there either they are awful).

Asked in york shop the differences in size of iPhone pro 13 v14. Told exactly the same , was he absolutely sure. Yes emphatically. Turns out the 14 is thicker. Tell me what is the point of using a physical shop if the staff have no idea
