Dale and the team came to help with a boiler issue-which looks like they solved. However, whilst at the house another issue appeared in the form of a broken pipe. Without hesitation they also solved that problem, including being other trades in - due to the location of the leak. Great guys, very good service and would highly recommend.

He offered an honest appraisal of our choices, transparent quote and he had it installed, fully up and running again within two days which was so much better than the nationwide company we'd been dealing with previously. Very competitive on price with a superior product. Would definitely recommend!

Edit for a TLDR: recommended 👍 It's cold right now (Dec 22) and the boiler has broken. Checking the error code and I see it's likely that the condensate pipe is frozen. I can't get to the outside part of the pipe as in the roof and I don't have the tools to climb my roof. A quick call here and I'm asked to send some photos of my boiler. Incomes a rapid reply with a short annotation as to which pipe to unplug and remove, temporarily, the condensate pipe from the equation. Boiler resets immediately 👍 My 4 year old is happy his room will be warm again. Many thanks for your help😊👍

I highly recommend Senior Heating Services to everyone that need boiler repair or installation. They are competent, professional and very ethical. They charge only what is justified - restraining from taking advantage of ignorant clients. Imagine my boiler recently broke down and and I needed it fixed urgently. When I contacted Seniors Heating Services, they guided me through the process of fixing it via video call. Surprising they did not charge me even a penny. Another company that was not available to do the job on the day had given me a quote of about £180 to fix it. Which means that Senior Heating Services saved me a lot of money. May thanks Senior Heating Service - much appreciated. To everyone, please let us all use Senior Heating Services and spread the word to everybody. Dale and his team installed a new Viessmann system boiler in November but today a red warning triangle appeared and stopped the heating and hot water. I couldn’t figure it out from the manual so text Dale who immediately came back with probably a drop in pressure and he came out at 7.30pm on Friday night to fix it and yes it had been a drop in pressure. Great service as always and would highly recommend.Many thanks Dale.
