I've bought some good equipment over the years and had quality service but SSAV are the best customer focused company I have dealt with. Sadia at the Manchester store demonstrated kit for us, gave us advice and recommendations, it was a very professional and helpful visit. We followed this up with a couple of phone calls to clarify some points, then purchased the equipment which was delivered as promised. There was an issue along the way but I could not fault the response from SSAV and particularly Sadia. We would rate both our experience and the price for our system as excellent. I would highly recommend a visit to SSAV in Manchester if your looking to buy new kit.

I wanted to get a Marantz PM8006 amplifier and an iFi Zen Signature DAC v2. Both are very hard to source. I phoned the Manchester shop to discuss availability and whether they could source these items. They were extremely helpful and offered very good prices on both. They were able to supply the Marantz straight away but explained the v2 of the iFi was hard to get but they would lend me a v1 for 5 weeks or so until the new v2 arrived. As soon as it did, they arranged for a courier to pick the loaned item and sent me a new v2 which arrived by courier yesterday. Having plugged this into the Marantz and connected it to my Apple Music devices, using wired connections to keep HiRes files, I can say the sound is superb. Using Apple’s Digital masters the iFi lights up either green (MQA) or blue (MQA studio) for listening to the top quality recordings that are now available on the platform. So SSV offers superb customer service, fantastic products and very competitive prices. The team at Manchester deserve high praise and all the customers they can manage if they maintain this standard. Thank you very much for such a high quality experience. As good as it gets.

Had a great service recently from Sadia at Sevenoaks Sound and Vision. Purchasing a DAB hifi system for my wife, I was unsure if the best speaker package and after talking it through, Sadia recommended a set to me. Having received and tested the set up , her advice was spot on. Great sound from the system . The package price put together was very competitive as well. All in all a great experience purchasing from Sevenoaks. Highly recommended.

First time visit to Sevenoaks, I spoke to Sadia at the Manchester branch the day before we went to audition a home cinema package… superb service over the phone, excellent simple bits of advice to prepare us for the audition. We booked a 90 minute slot, with Nadia, which was more like 2 1/2 hours. Nadia could not have been more friendly, accommodating or knowledgable about the products and gave us sound advice (no pun intended) and actually saved us money as well. Highly recommended , her manager was equally excellent and helpful. We will certainly be going back for a new TV in the near future; no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them for their top class service, curtesy, professionalism and product range
