Rang to enquire about a replacement CD player. I originally had one in mind but after a long discussion Andrew and his colleague steered Me to a slightly cheaper model. It would have been delivered the following day if DPD hadn't decided to send it via Birmingham. On arrival it was wired into My pre amp and started playing a recently purchased remastered CD and I was blown away. Thanks to all at Sevenoaks Sound and Vision. Highly recommended.

Naim 500 series purchase. I wasn't sure at first having been used to smaller specialist hifi dealers. However, I found Sevenoaks Sound and Vision able to balance being knowledgable whilst not patronising. The result was a shared organic experience, not pressured and allowed me to go on my own journey of discovery without the snootiness that can often be associated with high end purchases. Overall fantastic experience with special thanks to Andy and Paul who were there to answer all my questions and multiple demos. They event went as far as to accommodate my request for wanting to slowly unbox and install each part myself with their watchful gaze to guide me through each step. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to purchase a high end audio system, looking for price flexibility and excellent customer service.
