Awful, called to make appointment on Thursday and was told to call next day. Tried in Friday 40 min on phone to be told that no more appointments are available. That should have called at 8am. I now had to wait till next Friday to call and make an appointment and no guarantee that I will get one. This day and age surely online booking can be available.

Called 3 times and when picked up I was cut off. First okay fair enough 2nd time as I was speaking She cut off the phone. Very rude and irresponsible. Would not recommend to anybody, a waste of your time if I could remember her name I would say I think it was Anna I could be wrong.

Awful, awful, clinic reception staff. Receptionist chastised me for being late/the "presumption" of SPA to book the appointment in the first place, completely unaware of the situation I was facing, the hours I had spent trying to find help (waiting 3 times on the telephone, the first from 24 in the queue which I accidentally cut off when I was at 17 (23 minutes) and put my headset on, the second time from 34 in the queue (59 minutes)which ended when I was 2nd in the queue as it had hit the 1 hour waiting so my telephone service provider probably has a limit I presume, only getting through the 3rd time (just short of another hour all the while worrying the same cut off would happen as before), again from waiting from 34 in the queue),the closed roads/traffic and then difficulty finding parking. Not sure what exactly the snipe at me achieved? Really poor. VERY, very poor.

Impossible to reach them on the phone! I called like 6 times during opening hours and it’s say pls call back during opening hours. I tried to book online but what I need , I have to call them. No customer service no email address to advice and can’t walk in because of “monkey pox”! Ridiculous!
