He was friendly, polite and did an excellent job fitting the new thermostat. He was also very clear and patient in explaining how to use the controller. Called SFR plumbing and heating as our boiler had developed quite a bad leak and we were without heating or hot water which isnt ideal with a 14 month old! Stefan was polite, reassuring and professional on the phone and actually rearranged other commitments to attend the same day. He replaced damaged part and carried out the repair so we had heating and hot water once again. Top job, I highly recommended Stefan to anyone who needs any plumbing and heating services.
