I've been using Shani's help to look after my two cats for around 2 years as I go away quite a bit, and the two grey balls of fur have always been extremely well looked after . Firstly, they really felt comfortable with Shani as a person and secondly, they had all the cat requirements met when I wasn't there :-) I can't recommend Shani's service enough, she is someone you can fully trust your pet with.

Absolutely great. I have just come back and the boys are fed and safe. Shani sent me a lot of pictures every time she was in, and she also apologised for sending them later in the morning (we did not agree on a time she would visit the cats but I think she got worried I was worried I was not receiving the usual text). Deeply appreciated. Totally recommend her. I will call her again. No doubt.

Shani looked after our 2 cats for 5 days while we were on holiday. I was quite nervous about leaving them but I honestly couldn't have been happier about the way they have been looked after. Shani met us and the cats before we went away to go through feeds, keys, alarms, routines etc. When we were away we got regular updates and photos. We are now going away again in August and have already booked Shani. I cant recommend her highly enough.

Shani looked after our kitten/cat 'Esme' for two weeks while we were in Australia. We were delighted each day to receive photos and videos of Esme playing. Each day, Shani fed her, cleaned her litter tray, and ensured she was happy before letting her out to play. We loved seeing the videos when we were on holidays! Shani has looked after our beloved Casper twice now and I couldn't be happier. Casper is an anxious kitty by nature and very fussy but he is so comfortable with Shani. She is truly an animal lover and asked all the right questions at the outset (e.g. where are his hiding spots?) Her photo updates really put my mind at rest while we were away and I wouldn't hesitate re-booking Shani to look after Casper again.
