Amazing nature reserve - we're so lucky to have special places like this in London. A tranquil place to de-stress that's full of wildlife with such a great mix of habitats in such a small space - ponds, meadows & woodland. All managed and looked after by volunteers and TCV (the conservation volunteers). Plus has an awesome visitor center (SHED) with nature friendly garden and allotment full of ideas people can take home.

Stave Hill Ecology Park is a real jewel in the crown on the Rotherhithe Peninsula. Run by The Conservation Volunteers TCV since the mid 80s. Great visit for families and children to learn about Ecology, Biodiversity, & Environment. Wildlife in abundance. A place for peace and tranquility in central London
