Drove up from S Wales to Dudley on a Saturday morning to see a car for my son who'll be learning to drive soon and received a warm welcome from Dan and his dad. The car advertised had been moved to the front ready for a test drive, it drove really nicely and felt genuine, as described in their advert. No pressure to buy so we were able to go away, have a think about it and talk to my wife (who was away that weekend). We decided not to buy on this occasion and Shelby's were really understanding and professional about it. It now means that I'd have no hesitation in dealing with this family in the future based on a good first impression. On another positive note someone else should get a good little car and it may even stay local to Dudley. :) Thanks everyone and all the best for the future.

Purchased from Shelby's S-Type Jaguar. Delivered nearly 500 miles to me within a week. Car was perfect inside and out. Had an issue with some out of sight repair work needed and Shelby's immediately agreed to cover the cost. Very fine company to deal with and would thoroughly recommend.

Brought a car off them. I would say be aware and make sure you check we had a “few” issues which when they came up contacted the garage which they claimed “fixed” failed the MOT on issues requested to fix. If you do buy a car of these guys take it to a independent garage to give it a full check and even MOT. We had electric issues which they claimed had been sort however after I inspected the fuse box noticed several fuses had been put in the wrong place and after this the electric issues went away. Overall just avoid this place like the plague

1st class service from start to finish, excellent communication throughout, I have never purchased a vehicle this way before and the process was so easy, efficient with no stress involved, the vehicle was immaculate and clean, Claire was always available with answers to my questions.
