I am moving house and I want to transfer my contract to the new property, but the sell department want to increase my contract for 12 to 18 months when I am moving into a property for only 6 months. I have phone shell. They have left their system to answer and put music on for several hours instead of picking up the phone. I am frustrated with Shell and their boardband is rubbish.
