Always wonderful stay with Sheraton Grand. Beautiful waiting area and helpful concierge/bell man. The life is probably the only downside which is not really fair to them as it is really old. But the small space and the squeaky sound in the life can cause some stress for some people. Other than that, I fully enjoyed my stay with Sheraton Grand. Loved it and recommend it.
