Lack of security. Bike was stolen, and swept under rug by mgmt. Unhoused people sleep in the stairwell outside out door, over 6 times in last month. Rent increased 15% in one go during cost of living crisis. Communication terrible. Don't reccomend.

Lack of communication from sellers & accounts team, getting Holding Deposit back they said 2 weeks been a month with no response or money back, the sales staff are clueless & properties damp water leaking.. enjoy overpriced apartments students👍
