I've come here a few times now to have my eyebrows done. I've never been disappointed with them, Ms Siddique (because we have the same surname 😝) has always listened to the way I want them done and I always leave feeling happy. I'm also the mother of the little girl who often has her hair cut here and then demands a hairstyle, nails, the full works. Every. Single. Time. And every single time you go above and beyond to make her feel safe, secure and content with the time you give her, the patience and the effort you put into giving her the best care and treatment. She always goes on about when I can bring her next to Shhh because she loves coming here. She's been coming to get her hair since she was 4 and now she is 7. You might not know this but you have played a big part in her hair journey. We had some difficulty with her hair being damaged and thin since she was a baby and I believe the haircuts have truly supported her growth and quality in her hair. So thank you. Absolutely love this place. Lovely atmosphere..the shop has seating and interior is very place. The owner is very nice and her work is of a high standard. I usually have my eyebrows the lady is pro I come out looking amazing every time. She also does hair and offers other treatments too. Highly recommend her shes the best in England 😊

Disgusting customer service from the girl at reception, had attitude and was rude. You get a sense that its very white dominated, not a welcoming atmosphere and generally a rude attitude is given. Appointments are never on time either!
