Scammed my 83 year old visually impaired father. Feeding off’ both my parents ignorance when it comes to technology, claiming a phone was blocked when it wasn’t and taking money from them in advance and refusing to refund. Charged my mother £15 for a phone case that fell apart after two days and is literally the cheapest and worst cover I have ever seen. It’s not even worthy of being in the pound shop. I am genuinely gobsmacked that they’re still in business!

SCAM ARTIST!!!!! Sold me a broken usb adapter and he refused to give me a refund. Very horrible, unfriendly and unreasonable scam artist. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE OR GET YOUR SHOES REPAIRED BY THIS MAN. HE WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.

Got 2 keys cut here. One worked. Second didn’t. In return the man tried to tell me I was using the wrong key in the wrong lock (was not, had 2 other people check). Returned. Got it recut.. key still doesn’t work. Returned again to complain and not even open as states on here. Only the phone repair part of the shop is open per google hrs

I used both the key cutting and shoe repair services here a few times, and I found it reliable and for a reasonable price. I was particularly impressed with the craftsmanship for the shoe repair. I believe in proof is in the pudding, so please refer to the pictures for the end result. I didn't take 'before' pictures of the boots so I will describe their previous conditions (from left to right) instead. *Before* 1. Leather calf-length boots (left) - 5 years old. Leather was faded and very scuffed. The heel tip was worn off on the left shoe and completely fell off on the right - oops! 2. Suede ankle stiletto boots (middle) - 3 years old. Dirty, scuffed and both heel tips worn to the stub. 3. Leather ankle boots (right) - 4+ years old. Leather was faded, scratched and very scuffed. Both heel tips were completely worn with visible damage to the bottom ~1cm of both heels (clearly I was still wearing them after the tips were gone). *After* As you can see from the photos, all 3 pairs of boots look new and shiny from the front. The heels were Boots 1 and 2 were repaired to perfection. Even for Boots 3 with the badly damaged heels, you can barely see scratches where the worn areas were because of the high quality repair. To summarise, I'm a very happy customer and would recommend wholeheartedly!
