Very Poor dental standards at Showmans. Most of the work they did for me and my husband has failed since and has had to be redone else where. I wouldn't go back there. My advice is to find yourself another dentist.

This practice has been taken over from Simply one , they has taken all patients record and details without permission. There is new dentist, no longer showman and Clark. I had a tooth treatment last year from Mr showman it has split, new dentist doesn't take responsibility of it and it is on warranty. Also he saids that was a bad tooth treatment. I'm not happy at all. Receptionist should told me when I phoned to book.

Turned up for my appointment at 9am Wasn't seen until 9:15 am . Had to wait a month for this appointment, so no way I was leaving. When you turn up on time and they keep you waiting, it's very rude!!

My mother went in for her appointment and eventhough she was on time, they made her wait 45 minutes before being seen. I then went in this morning for my appointment but the bus was running late, I had to run to get to the Dentist and I ended up being just under 10 minutes late. I got refused to be seen eventhough my dentist was in as the receptionist went to speak to him. She told me "You cant be seen now because you were late", I explained about the bus and she quite rudely said, "Well theres nothing we can do, you were late and have missed your appointment" yet there was no other patients in the room at all. If my dentist was on their dinner then they shouldn't let appointments be booked 10 minutes before (12.40). I now have to wait another two weeks to go back for another appointment. I dont think it is fair how my mother was made to wait 45 minutes yet when I am 10 minutes late due to the bus I got turned away rudely.

If I could put a review without ticking any stars I would, I went here yesterday after booking an emergency appointment and the ladies on reception were lovely! Then came the bad part I’m guessing it was showman his self aka Sweeney Todd who absolutely ruined my mouth, he put me in so much pain that it wasn’t even bareable, the pain hurt 100 times more than the actual toothache! I’ve woke up today with the left side of my face 10 times bigger due to swelling! I’m going to try get another appaointment tomorrow with an actual dentist who can help, id rather both legs were amputated that go back to Sweeney Todd!!!!
