Poor service, unprofessional workmanship, cannot speak English, cannot clean up after themselves, total cowboys. Consistently lying and deceiving. Stay far away. The only reason they are used by insurance companies is because they quote lower than professional workmen. We have asked on multiple occasions (over the past 2+ years) for Shutters & Shopfronts to address an automatic door that does not work. They recommended and installed this door as part of a new build shop. It has been nothing but trouble, with multiple engineer call outs - each engineer as clueless as the next. The door is simply not fit for purpose, but they will neither fix it nor replace it. We have tried ringing their support number and main contact number, neither of which they answer and you cannot leave any message. Avoid this company at all cost. Unresponsive, happy to take your money, but unwilling to fix faulty equipment.
