    Absolute CON ARTISTS! Get rid of them if you have them, stay well away if you're looking for an efficient management agency or surveyor. 1. They will easily go a whole year without responding to urgent emails when there are severe leaks in the property. 2. They are the masters of deflection once you are miraculously able to reach them (only because the freeholder urges them to) avoiding all responsibilities. Like causing damage to your building when they inspect to then say it wasn't them. 3. They rarely pay building electricity bills breaching contract, we have been sent numerous letters stating our electricity will be switched off because of them. 4. They illegally overcharge you more than they are allowed for a reserve fund which they never want to use so goes to waste! 5. The staff have no manners and are incredibly rude and unprofessional. 6. They have ZERO technical skills and charge you extortionate amounts for basic patch work when the building requires severe maintenance. Honestly, I don't know how they have a licence to practice.

    I am utterly disappointed with the service of these property agents. I am currently selling my flat and they are holding up the sale by more then 1 month! I have paid for a standard report which has standard information in it for my buyers (building insurance policy, 2 years service charges, asbestos report). After one month they still do not return my calls, nor messages, and have not returned this critical information needed for my sale. This is now holding up the sale. It's absolutely disgraceful. If I could put a negative score I would.

    Very unprofessional and really really slow on replying to email. After we had an agreement for rent, 2 weeks later of waiting for reply they decide they change the rent due to other interest even though we already had an agreement.... Their whole staff is very unprofessional. Their receptionist really inexperienced. Real waste of time, would not recommend at all
