I ordered a wig from Silqmist for the first time and I genuinely don’t think I can ever go anywhere else. They were really accommodating to me & made sure my wig arrived in time for my appointment despite all the postage delays and bank holidays over Christmas and new years. The end product of the wig was amazing. The stylist really took her time when installing my frontal wig and knew exactly what she was doing as I didn’t have to have any input. She told me about the aftercare and made sure my wig is as secure as possible as I mentioned I’ll be travelling. Overall the service and the actual hair is great, I’d 100% recommend them and I believe it’s worth the price.

Do not ignore the negative feedbacks, they are true. I don’t know who or how they’ve gotten any good reviews but I’d be weary of them. My sister found this salon for me after seeing their Instagram page. I took my wig for them to wash and just bring back to life. What was returned to me was shocking, it was almost like the wig was swapped. The one given to me was lighter in weight and in colour, the cap used was also not my complexion at all and was different from what I gave them which made me suspect I was given a different wig entirely. My initial wig had volume and was darker in colour, what was returned was lighter in colour and in weight. I must say that I didn’t check the wig at the time of collection as I was travelling. It was whilst on holiday, I realised the mess. I would be very careful when dealing with this salon. As they say, not all that glitters is gold, their Instagram page is very deceiving. Beware!

This website is a total scam! They do not sale human hair, they sale cheap hair, that you can get for £15 in the market and only wear for a month. It's a waste of money. I feel like they use their friends to advertise the hair or whatever hair they have on their head. When you do email them, they are reluctant to give you a refund even when you show them the picture of a lumpy wig. So cut a long story short if you want to waste your money then go ahead.
