Honestly wouldn’t even give one star. I vacated a property that I rented off them for three years on Friday 14th April (well not even them, the landlord) emailed them on Friday regarding my deposit, funnily enough I’ve still heard nothing. No communication since vacating property at all. Really poor company. Do not recommend. Really quick to take your deposit from you though!
