DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. Promised our media company a 3-4 day service for a banner, and when they missed the deadline, offered the day before to upgrade you to an express service costing far more. Very odd sales practice. In fact, the only thing I can commend them on is promise of a refund. Looking forward to the owner reply, to which we will respond with the full email and transcript of the conversation.

Attempted to make a same delivery print; followed the instructions on the website to call if order after 1pm - I called at 2:12pm and was baffled by the response of the woman on the phone. Her manner was utterly bizarre - behaved as though she didn't want to talk to me at all and that I was doing something wrong by calling. The first 10 seconds set the tone frankly. I said "I am calling because I want to enquire about possibly getting some business cards printed today" and she just sat in silence. I said "er.. Hello". Her response "...yeah?". Honestly the rest of the conversation was like blood from a stone the whole way through. I asked when they needed it, she just said "like now". I enquired further as to whether this meant within the hour or is there a specific cutoff time I can work towards and, after a big huff, go told "like 15 minutes". Worked with professional printers for 10 years and have never once had this type of thing. Absolutely zero confidence in this company so decided to find another company. Edit: I ended up getting a call from Dipen within 30 minutes of me posting this review. He was extremely professional and very helpful, apologising for my unusual interaction - ended up helping me get what I needed printing and offered very good advice. He even followed up after receipt to make sure I was happy - very impressed. I'll now use them again after this interaction as he really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed (which I received compliments on a few times actually!).

Absolutely disgusted by the telephone manner of the person I just called, sounded so rude and bothered. I had to be the prompt and probe to engage in the conversation otherwise there was just silence??? In the end I didn't call back to place my order and went else where, don't want to give my money to someone who can't even have the bare minimum pleasantries. They couldn't hang up fast enough. Don't offer a service where you need to call and finish your order over the phone if your employee's are going to act that way, make it a fully automated service. You just lost a large order.
