On behalf of David Page:- I have been falsely accused of damaging the car. I have the impression that this is part of your business model. You present the hirer with a list of scratches etc. which in some cases are difficult to find and then produce more obscure scratches when the car is returned! You are attempting to charge me £835 for a 10 cm. scratch that I didn't cause.
