I booked a last minute hair appointment for a wash, cut and blow dry while I was staying in Pimlico for the bank holiday weekend. Silviya was amazing from the minute I walked in the salon. Excellent customer service skills, helpful and welcoming. I wanted a change from having really long hair, she found me a style and I am so happy with it.
