It’s been very difficult getting hold of anyone at the reception recently; I needed to change the time of my appointment taking place Tuesday so i is called in on Saturday and l left two messages as jo one picked up, called on Monday and left another message. In the end I received an email that my appointment was cancelled There was no call back and I all I wanted was to change the time of the appointment.

Attended a consultation after paying a refundable £25 deposit. Consultation was fine. I didn't go ahead so could get the money back. No one knew how the deposit was returned. I spoke with the clinic whilst there who said the call centre. I then spoke with the call centre who said the clinic. I then called the clinic and spoke with Ellie who cut the phone off on me after I expressed not understanding how no one knew who returned the money. I was not rude or disrespectful to her. The customer service on the phone call was 0/10 and I would not go back.
