It’s really gone downhill! Staff turnover high making an appt near enough impossible for laser hair removal! Nurse was nice reception was a mess paperwork everywhere . I had a pre booked appt which they cancelled then they called to reschedule but couldn’t offer a date that suited. So ended up contacting contact centre which had a long wait then managed to get an appt during the week literally 7 weeks after the original appt I have one more pre paid treatment and will not be returning Service: Female body hair removal

I had a small mole removed from my nose. The doctor and technicians were really professional. They explained the aftercare process clearly, and gave a range of treatment options for me to choose from. In the end I had the mole removed by laser. I had a follow up appointment to check that it was healing properly. The procedure was a success. Service: Laser therapy

Booked a private dermatologist appointment. The dermatologist was Julia Ein-wachter Thomson. The dermatologist changed what she suggested for me because one of the random nurses (who wasn’t as qualified) wanted to sell me something else. Clear lack of professionalism. Doesn’t make sense that the dermatologist changed her suggestion due to a random nurse after 15-20 mins of telling me something else. Spent £165 for this 20 min appointment which had no substance. Waste of time and money

Extremely poor customer service. Not so much the girls on the desk but the call centre is awful. I won’t be going back to any s:kn as a result. I had gone in for tattoo removal but they start the lazer at such a low power setting, there has been no evidence of removal after 4 sessions. Very disappointing as I now need to go somewhere else and start the process all over again and pay for it all over again as well. I would not recommend s:kn clinics to anyone.

I have had a fantastic experience with laser hair removal at the Gordon Street branch of SK:N Clinics. The results were better than I could have expected. I wish I had done this years ago. Chloe was always so welcoming and friendly. She made me comfortable and was very reassuring about all my embarrassment with my skin.
