Booked an appointment, travelled all the way to Hampstead, receptionist said there was no booking, the system was playing up and they don’t actually perform the service I’d booked. You couldn’t make it up. What a waste of time and money.

My appointment was cancelled for the second time consecutively. The first time when I was on my way (about 30 mins before), the second a couple of hours before. So a pretty useless experience so far. Apparently it was “coz I booked on a Tuesday”!!!!
