I got a hydrafacial. Very unprofessional, not relaxing at all, the lights were on and the room was freezing. I asked should I take my jumper off to do my neck and she said no so I was lying there with my jumper on. A facial should include the neck. Still have blackheads on my nose & overall just not happy with the outcome on my skin. When I usually get a hydrafacial elsewhere it’s a totally different outcome and experience.
