    The 72 hrs cancellation policy is a joke. I lost the whole treatment price only because I was unable to reschedule on time. My little son had stomach bug and I simply could not attend. Why don’t you apply a simple charge for rescheduling appointments in last minute? We are all humans and some things cannot be predicted. I will definitely not return. Service: Laser therapy

    Impossible to get through on the phone to change appointments. Was going to spend £1500 here, but due to lack of flexibility from Skin, I’m going to go elsewhere. Be wary of paying the consultation fee everyone! Was rang by the clinic and missed the call, rang back and got put in an hour waiting queue and could not speak to anyone. Shame that this branch will lose out on money because of an awful phone system by the wider company.
