Learned lots about the treatments I was interested in and found her knowledge and experience in cosmetic skincare really helpful when deciding on the type of treatment I needed. Also, some skincare advice to help with the overall look of my skin. I am booked in for a course of treatments and now using a retinol cream to help even my skin tone. Awful experience! The £150 consultation was a complete waste of money. They said they couldn't help me with Lazer mole removal at their clinic so recommended I go to another one of the skn clinics an hour and a half away to get this procedure done. For this I was asked to pay another consultation fee at a slightly discounted rate (£100 for second consultation). As soon as I got there the other dermatologist said they are not sure what I was told but they can't Lazer off my moles at all as they are flat. I was completely misdirected and have now wasted a lot of time and money due to this. When I emailed the manager before this for a simple request and she ignored my second email. I also called up asking to book an appointment to speak with them, they said they would contact me soon and never got back to me. They're very friendly and attentive before they have your money but as soon as they do they couldn't care less. I've already had a far better and less expensive experience with another dermatologist. Please do yourself a favour and go anywhere else. This clinic is unreliable and a complete waste of money, just read some of the other reviews that I wish I had done before booking and you will see what I'm talking about.
