Vinny is the guvnor. I actually have a decent amount of hair but a couple of areas that I felt needed work and wanted advice on whether to go full chrome or density as Vinny calls it. He was brilliant and actually suggested I probably didn't need to do anything, but I went for density and could not be happier. The result is fabulous and I would not hesitate to recommend Skalp and in particular...Vinny. I mentioned to Vinny that I had looked at other companies websites, but felt Skalp were not overly trying to impress, they rely on the quality of their work and that speaks for itself.

So! slightly tipsy one night a few months ago, the urge came over me to spend some money online. After filling my basket at a number of well-used outlets. And then emptying them again. Like ya do... the choice came down to. Getting SMP work done or buying a storm trooper outfit. I decided to sleep on it. After all, i had had some fun. Shopping! But not buying. The next day, the Trooper outfit was quickly dismissed. Besides. I'm a little too small to be a storm trooper... Now, I lost my hair 30 years ago. My heads not the worst shape for a bald fella. So I just hit the buzz cut and moved on. Given the choice to loose my hair or keep it. I would of course chose to keep it. Not the DNA I was dealt though. I did however enjoy keeping my head to the bone. Easy right? This is the reason SMP would work for me. I never even thought about a piece or a transplant but here was an option to take back the look of hair but keep doing what I've done for...ever! Someone is essentially tattooing your head. Mess that up and you would be looking for a TYSON TRIBAL cover up. Not a chance I wanted to take. So began the journey. To keep it simple SKALP have been around doing this from the very early days. This was a green light for me. The consultation was informative and simple. Made easy for them I'm guessing because I had made my mind up to get it done already. Within two weeks I was in the chair. Vinny was my stylist. #Not said that for a number of years"..As far as I'm concerned he is the Goat of SMP. All he does and has done for years. Is this. I had some idea of what I wanted, but to be honest. I quickly left it in his hands. For me a great adventure. Three amazing session with the results getting better each time. Kinda. Older, younger looking, new me. If you want a new look. Or you just don't like the fact your hairline is on the retreat. Get it done! Or don't. Your choice. Does it hurt? I read its like having an elastic band flicked at your head. For me, it was more like having a friend poke your head with a needle. Thousands of times. No pain no gain gang. I got used to it, and even dosed off. Sweet! I'm very pleased. Do your own research of course. Once you have im sure like me you will choose to visit SKALP. Money well spent. 5'10" is not too small for a storm trooper is it...x

If you are thinking of micropigmentation- Skalp should be your go-to clinic and should very much be sitting at the top of the list - I would not hesitate in recommending them at all. There are no hard sells, no pressure, you are just going to be in a safe pair of hands - the quality of the approach, people and the work will speak for itself. I have been to a few places, for fue treatments and skalp micopigmentation - some of these had not quite gone according to plan. Following these expensive lessons - I needed quite a lot of help to get a handle on the appearance up top. From the first meeting onwards with Vinny, I felt confident about the journey.I can say that the whole experience end to end was simply excellent and I could not be happier with the results. Toni was incredibly professional in coordinating appointments and every interaction has been so smooth. Vinny is amazing. He is truly passionate about the work he is doing and the impact he is having on his clients lives. He was thoroughly patient and thoughtful about what I was aiming to achieve - and having been on a similar journey, he had an intuitive feel for all of this. Above all, he is such a warm person and wonderful company that the time just flew by. I would go back just to hang out with him:) In terms of results - he puts so much attention to the detail that, as I mentioned earlier, I could not be happier with the outcome. I used to spend close to an hour with the hair trying to compensate for thinning areas and other botched areas. Now it takes me three minutes. In terms of time saved daily - this has been a no brainer for me and I will certainly be going back whenever I need a touch up.
