Useless. Ski lifts kept us waiting for 10 hours. Our transfer was eventually sorted out by others. They took 15 minutes to answer the emergency number. They had no idea where the driver was, and could not arrange alternative when it was clear that the original driver would not be providing the service. They appear to have no contingency plan for the reasonably foreseeable situation of a vehicle failure to pickup to transfer back to an airport. The easy solution was to send a taxi from the airport. They said that they could not find a taxi. Geneva is a big airport......... Totally ruined our holiday experience.only use if you are ok with the risk of your transfer not working. And you have sufficient money to pay for a taxi yourself and to buy later flight and overnight hotel etc. They are cheap for a reason...

Recently just travelled to Morzine and would highly recommend. The driver was easy to find in the airport and for our return transfer we got a text the night before. The vans were clean and comfortable and our driver to Morzine had plenty of local food recommendations for our visit. Would definitely use again.

Very smooth process, picked up at the time the company decide is enough time to allow, was able to get in touch with driver once pick up time was confirmed, driver was very professional and helpful. Transfer was outsourced to Mountain Express.

I'd give this 0 stars if possible. Waiting 2 hours for our transfer back to the airport today and numerous calls we are told "we will find out and call you back" with no calls. Finally we are told our transfer driver has missed us and departed already and we should organise a cab to the airport ourselves (in a resort with no cabs) Our holiday rep is with us now and Skilifts won't even answer the phone to them now either. We'll be missing our flight home and the next isn't for 2 days, avoid this company if you'd like to get home

We were told to meet at 6am at the Central station at Val Thorens for a transfer to Geneva Airport. We have been stood out in - 9 degrees for 1 hour 35 minute waiting for this transfer. We have only received updates from calling the emergency number. This has been unacceptable service.
