I was lucky to have nabbed a rare cancellation slot for super talented aesthetician Fatma at Skin & Sanctuary today. My skin needed some serious TLC and acne control. Fatma was brilliant. I came out of my Signature Skin & Sanctuary facial, which included an amazing head and shoulder massage, with glowing skin and so much advice on how to improve my skin quality. Cannot recommend this East End gem of a skin clinic enough !

I first formed my relationship with S&S back in Sep 2021. I am a black female and it was very hard to find a skin clinic that specialised in my skin type and had the treatments I wanted. I suffered with acne, hyperpigmentation and scarring. I want to give a special recognition to Dr Saira and Fatima these 2 helped completely transform my skin. We agreed on a skin plan & I stuck to it. I had the perfect peel (chemical peel) and then 6 sessions of Microneedling whilst on the perfect at home skin plan. Tretinoin 0.025% and Obagi-C Fx Clarifying Serum. A whole year later and my skin has transformed I am so gorgeous. I had 1 extra Microneedling session and I am now on Tretinoin 0.05% since Sep 2022. This is the best clinic I have ever visited and I get happy tears typing this truly game changers. This is a quality skin clinic and they are realistic. I 1000% recommend you visit it’s clean, friendly especially reception Eloise, Melodie and Sonia. If you are skin of colour this is a clinic you can trust to deliver results!

I've had a fair bit of Botox over the years - and I'm not ashamed to admit it - but Rachel's expertise is like the Holy Grail of anti-ageing injectables. As an actor I need my face to be both ageless and expressive (thanks, Hollywood), so I'm thrilled with how my static frownlines have disappeared and my forehead is smooth and glowing, yet I can still raise an eyebrow, frown, and look surprised, something that often happens simultaneously when I see my pay cheque. Rachel really listens to what you want and has the techniques and products to make it happen. Totally rejuvenated, feeling refreshed facially and ready for the stresses of life and weather for the next couple of months! Highly recommend for anyone and everyone, especially 60+ like me. I can not rate Skin & Sanctuary highly enough! I visited on a friend's recommendation, and haven't regretted it. The staff are very friendly and professional. The staff actually listened, and were very honest on the procedures which would suit, and the one's which wouldn't. I felt very well taken care of and I trust the staff explicitly. The fact that this place is 25 miles away from me and I wouldn't go anywhere else, speaks volumes.
