I came to Slack & Andrews for an engagement ring after not finding the design I wanted on the high street. I have to say my experience with S&A was superb from start to finish and I would highly recommend to anyone. Susanne and the team guided me through a potentially daunting process in way that was personable and enjoyable. To top it off the ring is absolutely stunning and beautifully crafted. We came to Slack & Andrews for our wedding rings after being recommended by a friend. The team was friendly, listened to what we wanted (two plain bands, his in Platinum mine in yellow gold but shaped to nest with my engagement ring) and gave really useful advice. There was no pressure or hard sell, unlike the couple of other places we'd tried, just really knowledgeable, personable and friendly service. They were also brilliant with us through a postponement because of the pandemic, storing the rings for us and making adjustments ahead of our new date. The rings are really beautiful, exactly what we wanted snd it's a pleasure to wear them every day! I'm sure we'll be back in future and would recommend them highly to anyone else!
