Welcoming and great communication from the get go from Tony. Car was presented immaculately and viewing / test drive was no issue (very different to the experience I had with several other dealers I had dealt with on my search for a new car). Purchase of the car was easy and the car was serviced, MOT'd and valeted ready for collection. A few months after owning the car, there was an issue with the clutch, but Tony was brilliant and it was no issue to get the car back for the issue to be resolved, which was done in good time and I'm looking forward to the car serving us well for years to come. Would not hesitate to recommend Smarter Cars and Tony (and George) to anyone looking for a great quality, well presented used car from an established and trustworthy dealer.

brilliant service we were welcomed by a gentleman called George, me and my husband can not praise him enough. extremely welcoming and laid back, did not pressure us in anyway let us have a look at the car, left us too it so we could browse at our own convenience, was happy for us to drive the car and helped us with directions as not familiar with bracklesham, and even the exchange etc of our car was smooth, easy and helpful, they got everything ready for us within 2 days called to let us know and when we arrived Saturday to collect tony was nothing but helpful the whole time and couldn't do enough for us, great garage to buy from fully recommend!

This company is incredible! Having bought my car in a global pandemic lockdown I was blown away by the level of proficiency and cleanliness that I witnessed. I was informed the car would be sterilised inside and out before I viewed it, and you could tell it had been. Upon arrival we were offered gloves, hand sanitiser and face masks, all from a 2m distance. The lovely gentleman that I dealt with was willing to go above and beyond to help me make the right decision. I even got it delivered to my door for free! Before delivery there was a brand new MOT done on the car with the reassurance that any advisories would be taken care of. We then arranged a delivery day at my convenience, I paid the tax over the phone and had the V5 sorted out for me - amazing! The car was then sterilised again before AND after delivery. Honestly I'm over the moon with these guys, their company standards and my dream car! I'll definitely be back for my next car! These are genuine people selling beautiful cars.
