A little over year ago, I booked my car in for a major service with this garage as they had fairly good reviews. Since then I have issues relating wrong engine oil. After taking it to another garage, their insepction concluded that not only had the incorrect engine oil had been used but it had also been filled dangerously low. Furthermore, the oil filter also had be changed due to its condition leading me to believe they didnt even change the filter. This gives me no confidence that all the other filter such as, cabin, oil, air etc havent been replaced either. I am extreme annoyed having paid a lot of money for the service. Avoid these frauds at all cost.

I used this service centre as they were very close to an M27 exit point near to my work. The team were excellent, Neil walked me through the works my car needed and gave me a very realistic and honest review, prior to deciding what I should do. I've only ever used main dealers and this was a breath of fresh air, pure honesty. Certainly a recommendation from me. Service: Wheel alignment
