Avoid! Recently had my MOT done there, as expected my car did not pass for a minor issue, however another issue for the fail was found and in fact listed as ‘do not drive until repaired (dangerous defects)’, I had no call to let me know or to ask if I wanted this to be fixed or booked to have it fixed, nothing, instead it was handed over to a driver (from a company I used to book this MOT) potentially putting their life and others at risk - Completely horrified! What if something had happened whilst driving the car back. Their customer service is also appalling, I called up to ask a very simple question prior to my car going in which didn’t require it to be seen, the person I spoke with didn’t know the answer but did say someone would give me a call back later that day, almost a week later and I’ve still not had that call. I’m sure they are probably busy but the question could have been answered when I called if that staff member was trained, a mechanic was not required to answer the question I had.
