I was really happy with this salon! Last minute they were able to book me- super easy communication from the receptionist. Umm Adrian is amazing!!! As soon as I met him I knew he was going to do a perfect job. I didn’t show him a picture, somehow he just knew what my hair needed. I think he could have been blind folded and still done an incredible job. He just KNOWS!! I live in Italy but hope to come back to London just to have his hands on my hair again. Gemma did a great job with my platinum blond, and Alan did my pixie cut. Both were fantastic! Gemma is an absolute sweetheart who really knows her stuff. She takes her time to process the bleach in the least damaging way, which I appreciate, even though it does take longer. She was thorough with explaining everything beforehand and tempered my expectations since it was a slightly difficult root retouch, and platinum is tough to perfect. Alan is a real character who I bonded with from the first minute. He gave me the best pixie cut I’ve had in ages (not an easy cut to perfect). I’ve since been back to Alan for a trim and the next cut was even better still! They are a dream team. Be prepared to pay big bucks, as expected for a high end Soho salon. If your budget allows, it’s worth every penny. The reception staff were so great to help coordinate my appointments in a slightly tricky scheduling situation and were very responsive by email. The assistants did a great job with shampooing. I had a couple of lovely cups of tea. Overall so happy at this place. It almost feels like home after spending 5 hours there on my full service! I’ll be back whenever I’m in London.

From start to finish, every member of staff were so friendly and accommodating. You could tell that they work as a great team together. I had Gemma, who listened to exactly what I wanted, and totally got it. I won't be going to anyone else now as she has coloured my hair perfectly- exactly how I wanted it. She's also an absolutely lovely person, who made the whole process feel so quick, effortless, easy and enjoyable. I then had a blow dry with Mel, who again is so lovely, listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered perfectly. From the reception staff, communication, the lovely lady who washed my hair to the colour by Gemma and blow dry by Mel, I really enjoyed my time, felt welcome and got the best colour I've ever had. Thank you so much xx

Been going to Gemma for my colour since 2020/2021! She’s never let me down. My hair looks amazing, curls are so healthy and she is so lovely. Always love having a reunion with her! Surina was absolutely fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and kind and such a nice hairdresser to just have a chat with. The salon itself was so very chic and conveniently located in Soho. They take care of you with the little things like providing a nice pot of tea when you've been out in the rain. Will 100% be returning to this salon. Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling
