Amazing! My Mum and I booked a Mother/Daughter fitting and we were both a little nervous as we'd never done anything like this before. We should not have been nervous!!! As soon as we walked through the door we both felt at ease. I've always struggled to find bras that are big enough for me but during my fitting I was able to try lots of different styles and found a couple that I absolutely fell in love with. During my fitting I felt comfortable and relaxed and after my fitting I actually felt more confident and that I can look beautiful in my bra. If you're thinking about having a bra fitting but are a bit nervous I cannot recommend the team at Smitten enough, it was such an empowering experience that I wish I had done it sooner!!!!! Thank you Smitten!! I will be back to buy some more bras from you in the future!

Very disappointing. I don't usually do reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience. My boyfriend bought me 2x £40 vouchers as a present, so I called Smitten and left a message requesting an appointment in 3 weeks time. It was 4 days later when my message was answered and confirmed my appointment. On arriving, I was shown into the dressing room and I tried on many bras. There were 4 that fitted well, and the assistant told me that she could include all 4 for the vouchers that I had. As the bras did not have price tags on them, I was happy to accept this. The assistant spent a long time typing things into the till, and eventually presented me with a card machine for a payment of £48, in excess of the £80 vouchers. I was quite stunned and paid the £48 and then left the shop. There was no breakdown of prices on the receipt, so I still didn't know how much each bra cost. I met with my family and we had coffee while I told them of my visit to Smitten. They were as confused and shocked as I was that I had paid a large amount, when I'd been told that all 4 bras could be included in the value of the vouchers. I went back to the shop and explained that I'd felt very uncomfortable about the transaction, and I returned 2 of the bras and got my £48 refunded to me. I know that a lot of businesses are struggling to get by these days, but I don't think that this is an appropriate way to treat customers. I will never go to the shop again.
