I would like to share my total displeasure with this company and their total lack of concern in following up on an issue caused by them when trying to rectify an problem with the fire curtains in our building.I have even made contact with the MD who also has shown little interest in assisting our company to get this issue resolved. We unfortunately had to pay upfront to have this work done and I can only assume that their attitude is they have the money so tough. As Fire safety is such a big topic right now I am amazed at how little this company seem to care about their reputation and client satisfaction. I have worked with this company for many years but am left amazed at how little they care about about customer satisfaction. They are just wanting to wash their hands of this situation.

Made wrong sizes and never even sent any courtesy email for the inconvenience caused. Most of the time they make phone calls and evade their mistakes. I find it highly unprofessional.

My review has to to do only with the approach to the site by HGV ... The road is very narrow and if you make the mistake to turn in you will not have any way out.... Reverse is also not easy if you don't have somebody to stop the traffic at the main Street...

Have had to call Clint several times to raise my fire curtain (after it dropped due to power cuts). He has been so helpful in answering my calls at all hours of the day, each time walking me through the reset process. Have even offered to pay him for his time, but because of his generosity and honesty, he has refused every time. All I can say is big thanks to him! Sam
