Extremely disappointing and very irritating. I explained at length the lightbulbs I required and for which I had been recommended to try Snape as a helpful,local business.I even went into detail about my light fitting and having had problems finding the correct bulbs.I was advised then on what I needed to buy. However on returning home with my purchase I found their saleslady had selected non dimmable bulbs for me..which don't work...despite my clear request for dimmable ones..unbelievable...I relied on Snape's professional help but this was a huge and very basic error .I now have to take time to return them. I don't even want to give 1 star but cannot post this without doing so!
