They do not want to make an appointment because the disease will go away by itself, they ignore patients and their well-being. because of their unprofessionalism, it's possible that I have pneumonia because they say it's an infection. I know my body better and I don't call for an appointment with any infection

Worst GP I have ever experienced. Took a week to reorder a repeat prescription. Had to go down in person because the phone is no longer working. Had a rude useless doctor who searched on Google for symptoms and told me the wrong diagnosis so wasn't sure weather to sign off my repeat prescription. Swapping asap, the most stressful GP to deal with.

I would reccomend moving away from this GP just to change GP, they will keep you on hold for 6+ hours, hang up on you for no reason, not respond to econsults for weeks or at all, youd be lucky if they even saw you and said your problem is to insignificant for them to even care. Stay clear and stay happy, find anywhere else.

As the Surgery has been closed since we became patients our experience has not been what we expected. I don't like e-consults. While Doctors are answering these they could be seeing patients. It is difficult to get anyone to speak to on the phone without having to wait a considerable time. I appreciate the difficulties caused by Covid but thought things were getting back to as normal as they can. Surely this should include Doctors returning to the surgeries.
