Horribly run. The course I was on was understaffed, two members of which just vanished from teaching us altogether. Security team take their jobs way too seriously (even tackling one student to the ground due to them not having a badge on them and being too awkward for confrontation). Not to mention the atmosphere of the building and the student body is so suffocating, it feels like a chavs social club more than anything. Do not go here if you wanted that "promised college experience". Especially if you are studying something that's seen as "easy" to people who have two braincells and sociopathic tendencies.

Absolutely shocking with communication leaving everything to the last minute. During my first year gave me 0 help with using websites and teaching me how to upload work and access assignment briefs and then moaned at me for not knowing where anything was and falling behind.

I did 2 years of study here as a student in the Uniformed Public Services Course at level 3 and it has helped shaped me into the best possible version of myself. They made me much more employable and opened me up to a wide range of amazing opportunities, including options to go abroad. I am in my final 6 weeks of study now and I am happy to say, I will be taking away so many valuable life skills and information that will greatly increase my chances of getting into West Midlands Police and given me a good insight into criminal law, inspiring me to become a prosecution lawyer further on in life after my career in the police. I will continue my education in University, achieving a Masters Degree in law and this was only made possible by the exceptional team of tutors, additional needs support team and other amazing members of staff.
