Charged us £70 to visit the property for 5 minutes and diagnose the problem (which our second plumber later told us that this was not the problem and it was in fact a separate issue); he then ignored our attempts to make contact when asked to come back out and fix the issue that he had diagnosed (hence needing another plumber). Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism , communication and charges - our second plumber didn’t charge a call out /diagnosis fee and fixed the issue for 80 pound. Don’t trust this company. Service: Shower repair

I contacted Stuart regarding a leaking tap. He agreed to come out to have a look at the issue but had to cancel on the afternoon (I had taken time off work to be available) due to an unforeseen issue - which I appreciate can happen. I would have expected him to do his best to rearrange after having to cancel. However, this has not been my experience, it has been over one month and I have still had no reply despite me messaging to suggest another day. I find the lack of communication and responsiveness highly unprofessional. I would much rather that Stuart tell me if he does not want to do the job/ is not able to do the job, than have my time wasted and be left hanging like this.

Can't recommend highly enough. Stuart worked really hard to find a solution that would be as inexpensive as possible. He was reliable, kept me fully informed about what needed doing and why, and was transparent about costs from the outset. He fixed a problem I'd had for months. Its also a very old house, that offered its own complications. Only wish I'd found him sooner. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Drain cleaning
