Superb customer service from Dave, who is both very helpful & knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for him from start to finish. Highly recommended & a breath of fresh air compared to the customer service or “lack of it” provided by some other stove shops in the area. The team also provided a “top notch”installation service, the guys arrived bang on time & were polite & tidy. First class buying experience from start to finish & we are absolutely delighted with our new morso wood burning stove.

Great Service, I bought a Morso humidifier and realised later in the day I had ordered the wrong size, I emailed the company to ask if they would send the smaller one and they got straight back to me, they sorted it for me right away and sent a refund for difference, The product arrived securely packaged and quickly, excellent customer service, Thank you so much
