Training Structure - 4 Training Content - 4 Quality of Handout / Workbook - 4 Training Length - 3 Trainers / Training Delivery - 4 Interactive Elements - 4 Venue - 3 I enjoyed the training which was well presented and organised throughout. All forms and booklets were given in enough time before the training to allow for preparation. Both trainers were interactive throughout and explained everything well and encouraged people to interact and ask questions. Would have liked more knowledge/training on other areas of mediation mentioned in the booklets (commercial/work based etc) which would be longer training. Also, an in-person option would be nice though this is an effect of the pandemic. Those are the reasons I scored lower on length and venue. Overall, very good and would be willing and will look for more training by the providers. Thanks again Laura and Julie you were great and very supportive throughout. These 3 sessions were some of the most meaningful, helpful and empowering hours in a long, long time. I mean apart from the professionalism, reliability and effectiveness from Julie, the openness, humour, listening and expressions of understanding were second to none.
